This is Bill with my wife Kyle Caudle.

This is our story.

Kyle and I in the backyard, seven years ago, out in Montrose, Colorado, I was just a man with a grill, a passion for bold flavor, and a deep love for the tradition of good barbecue. On weekends, you would find Kyle and I on the backyard, experimenting with spices, smoking meats, and chasing that perfect seasoning blend not for business, but for the sheer joy of it.

Brand Story

Over time, something special started to happen. Family and friends kept coming around, asking for more of that seasoning we were working on. They were not just being polite they wanted refills. Again and again. That was the moment I realized this blend had something truly unique.

For six years, we stayed focused, fine-tuning that recipe with real ingredients and an honest approach. We were not looking to follow trends but building something true to its roots. And that is how Billy Rub TX was born: a brand built on quality, simplicity, and authentic Texas flavor.

Today, we are proud to share that same all-purpose rub with barbecue lovers across Texas and beyond. Whether it is beef, pork, or chicken, our blend brings the kind of flavor that speaks for itself.
